David,
	When you edit the UserRange in the SpaceAxisDialog you are not 
changing the transform that connects the User Range to Physical Range.  
If you go to the "Attach" tab of the dialog and check "Attach Transform 
to Axis" then changing the User Range on the axis will also change the 
User Range in the transform.
