Can't open jar files...

Hi,

I've downloaded the SGT jar files, but I can't open them (with either 
Winzip or jar). I've also checked the mailinglist archives but couldn't 
find anything on this problem, so I assume I'm doing something wrong. But what?

Using 'jar tvf sgt_v21.jar' I get an IllegalArgumentException. And WinZip 
tells me I haven't downloaded the files properly. When I ftp to the site I 
can't download the files. I can only get them through using Netscape by 
downloading them from the website.

Can anyone help?
