I had not included all the necessary files in the Tutorial talk to actually 
get the code to work.  I have now created a jar file will all the necessary 
code and data files.  ftp://www.epic.noaa.gov/java/sgt/Tutorial_src.jar 
(this is also now available from the web site).

Sorry for the omission.
