Metadata - viewing data file information and attrributes with Tree View and Table View

  1. In main ncBrowse window, under "View" choose Tree View or Table View.
  2. In Tree View, click icon to view details about Dimensions, Attributes and Variables.
  3. Tree View - Display the dimensions, attributes, and variables in the current netCDF file in a tree structure. This display includes all the metadata found in the netCDF file. Attribute arrays, variable attributes, and dimension variable information are displayed. Right-clicking the mouse on a variable name will open the Domain Selector for that variable. The complete path for the netCDF file is displayed, whether local or web.http://www.innovation.ch/java/HTTPClient/

  1. Table View - Display the dimensions, attributes, and variables in the current netCDF file in three tables. The table display provides a summary of the metadata found in the netCDF file.
