NcBrowse Version 1.6.0 released.

Version 1.6.0 of ncBrowse has been officially released.  It is available at ftp://www.epic.noaa.gov/java/ncBrowse/install.htm for immediate download.  

Changes from rel-1.5.0Beta3 are fairly minor.  The Dapper interface has been improved, you can now color a line by another variable (using the Variable Map option), and many minor bugs have been fixed.

Please let me know of any problems with the distribution.
