[ANN] ncBrowse Version 1.4.0 released

ncBrowse version 1.4.0 is now officially available for download.  New 
features include 3D visualization using Java3D and VisAD.  Many bugs 
have been fixed.  The new release can be found at 
http://www.epic.noaa.gov/java/ncBrowse .  News and Help links contain 
additional information.

NOTE:  Java3D must be available on your system for 3D visualizations to 
work.  I have included Java3D in the installation that included the 
Java VM.

Let me know of any problems, etc..
